Tom McCormack March art show

Tom McCormack is a musician and artist from Petersburg, Virginia who creates acid etchings on steel collected from historic industrial buildings which he uses as inspiration for his work. His method captures the dramatic and desolate beauty of these deserted factories.

Tom says, "It's not uncommon to see a footprint rusted into the plates from a worker who moved the goods through the buildings."

The artist also creates work on commission.
